While learning functional design, I participated in a group project in which we designed a Malaria Prevention Dress that would protect a nursing mother and their child. In this role, I was responsible for research, pattern making, and technical design. This project was submitted to the IFAI  Advanced Textile Student Design Competition and took 3rd place Internationally.
